Zach Johnson (CSCS, TPI certified) is a strength and conditioning coach who specializes in corrective exercise. He’s been at it for over three and a half years.

He loves coaching strength and conditioning because he enjoys being part of an athlete’s journey as they work to accomplish big goals.

He’s there to connect with athletes to help inspire and motivate.

One of the coolest aspects of his job is being able to watch his athletes compete and excel in competition—often with some of the best seats in the house. This is especially cool considering he has the privilege of working with Olympians, Olympic Trials qualifies, national champions, DI NCAA national championship runners-up and professional golfers, swimmers and runners.

Zach excels at absorbing and sorting through the almost-endless information out there in the strength and conditioning world and bring his athletes their best strength routines—especially during a time when many athletes aren’t able to access their local gyms because of COVID.
