December 11, 2018 - @lancearmstrong - 2 for 1 today on THEMOVE. Marathon running episode with @austinmarathon RD @jackmurrayatx and my first running coach since high school, Matt Hensley. We talk about my role as the charity chaser in the upcoming marathon in February. What a realistic time looks like for for me and how many folks I will pass starting dead last. Link in bio.
Matt placed 20th at the Boston Marathon in 2012 and 24th in 2014.
For many years he was coached by 2:07 marathoner Steve Jones who had a large influence on his coaching style.
